Social Media Buyer

Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Buyer. Ideal candidate should be having a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Science or Marketing with 2 to 3 years of agency experience.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Experience in Sentiment, Engagement, and Demographics Analysis.
  • Through research & data to build Psychographics and Consumer Insights to form a user persona.
  • Identifying social media themes, researching, creating, and publishing content calendars.
  • Devising SOPs for community moderation and online reputation management.
  • Based on insights, built a content strategy to achieve the brand's objective.
  • Ability to curate and create a creative content strategy for text, images and video.
  • Hands-on experience in organic & paid marketing with Facebook/Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads in a variety of industries.
  • Experience in handling result-driven Ads Campaigns through A/B Testing capability.
  • Experience in auditing and analyzing social media campaigns, including media buying and planning on different marketing platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Social Media Centralization tools along with Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics.
  • Stronghold of creating influencer pools for different campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
  • Must have a creative mindset and strong analytical skills for data and sentiment analysis.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Should understand the ever-evolving dynamics of different social media platforms, audiences, and industries.
  • Manage Social Media team members, including copywriters, and graphic designers by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
  • Holistically integrate and manage Social Media Channels for a diverse range of clients.
  • Manage clients and line manager’s expectations and targets
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative pitches for Social Media clients.
  • Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic, engagement & leads to the website & social media accounts.
  • Analyze Social Media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to develop Social Media timelines coinciding with new services, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Regularly monitor competitor social media handles and create competitor’s analysis reports.
  • Work on Social Media performance reports on a monthly basis.
  • Command on suggest campaign budgets, ROI's and spending's analytics.
