- Fluent in English (Listening, Writing, and Reading)
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required
- Sales enthusiasm and relationship management skills
- Should have leadership qualities and ability to work with the team
- Having handsome experience working on Upwork.
- Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Investigate potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, organizational needs, and products.
- Drafting business proposals to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Monthly $10K - $12K target achiever.
